# Branding

Set your Action Page's logo, header title, cover image, page background, colors, and fonts with the Branding panel in the Anedot Page Builder for any page type.

The **Branding** panel sets the look of your Action Page: the logo, the header, the page background, the colors, and the fonts. You'll find it in the Page Builder under **Page > Branding**. Branding is available on Donation Pages, Event Pages, and Lead Pages. This article covers each section of the panel.

## Before You Begin

* To save changes, you need **Action Pages: Edit permissions**.

## Open Branding

To open Branding:

1. Go to **Action Pages > Pages**.
2. Click the name of the page you want to edit.
3. Select **Page > Branding**.

## Logo Image

Add your organization's logo to the top of the page.

* **Choose:** Pick an image you've already uploaded from your account's image library.
* **Upload:** Upload a new image, or drag and drop one onto the field. Use a GIF, JPG, or PNG up to 10 MB. Large images are resized before upload.
* **Replace** or **Remove:** Swap or clear the current logo.

## Logo Display

Expand **Logo Display** to set how your logo appears:

* **Alignment:** Place the logo on the **Left**, **Center**, or **Right**.
* **Logo size:** Choose **Fill**, or choose **Custom size** and enter a **Height** and **Width**.
* **Padding:** Add space around the logo. Padding is applied to all four sides and defaults to zero.
* **Logo link URL (optional):** Make your logo a link to a custom URL, such as your website.

## Header

* **Header title:** The heading supporters see at the top of the page. It overrides the default page title on the public page.
* **Title alignment:** Place the title on the **Left**, **Center**, or **Right**.

{% hint style="info" %}
Event Pages hide **Header title** and use the event name as their title, so on Event Pages the header carries branding only. To change the title, edit the event name in [Event Details and Location](/action-pages/page-builder/event-details-and-location.md). If an older Event Page still has a header title saved, the Page Builder shows it so you can clear it and avoid a duplicate heading.
{% endhint %}

Some accounts also see **Cover image** and **Cover image position** in this section. Add a cover image, then choose **Center** or **Fill** for its position. If you don't see these fields and would like to use a cover image, contact our Support team.

## Page Background

Add an image behind your page content. Use **Choose** or **Upload**, the same way as the logo. Once an image is set, pick an **Image scale**:

* **Center**
* **Cover**
* **Fill**
* **Fixed**
* **Tile**

## Colors

* **Text:** Sets the color of all text on the page.
* **Accent primary:** The color of action elements, such as buttons. Anedot sets the text on these elements to a color that contrasts with your accent.
* **Background:** Sets the page background color. It also sets the header and footer background colors.
* **Header background:** The color behind the header.

{% hint style="info" %}
Changing **Background** also changes the header background. If you want a different header color, set **Background** first, then set **Header background**.
{% endhint %}

## Typography

Expand **Typography** for advanced body and heading font settings.

* **Body:** Set the **Font size** and **Line height** for the default paragraph text on the page. Line height options are **Auto**, **1.25**, **1.5**, **1.75**, and **2**.
* **Header 1**, **Header 2**, and **Header 3:** For each heading level, turn bold and italic on or off, choose the alignment, and set the font size.

When you're done, click **Save**.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://docs.anedot.com/action-pages/page-builder/branding.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
